The W Hollywood Hotel and Residences is located on one of the most iconic intersections in the world, the SE corner of Hollywood and Vine and former site of the Brown Derby.  The $350 million project took nearly 10 years to complete and is noted as one of the largest financed private/public real estate projects in California’s history.

 

The W Hollywood Hotel & Residences features 305 hotel rooms and 143 private residences–most of which offer stunning views of the Hollywood Hills.  The project is contemporarily designed and houses a 6,000 SF Dauphine Restaurant, a 4,500 SF Bliss Spa, 20,000 SF of neighborhood oriented retail, a 10,000 SF rooftop pool, that once housed famed nightclub operator Victor Drai.  The project received LEED Silver Certification and was developed to fully integrate with the Los Angeles Metro Red Line Station, which lies directly beneath the site.
